Return Eligibility:

• Returns are only accepted if the product is received damaged.
• Customers must submit a return request within 3 business days of delivery.
• Return requests must include photos of the damaged product to be considered for approval.

  • Include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue.

• Return Approval:

  • If the return request is approved, instructions on how to return the item will be provided.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued once the damaged product is received and inspected.
  • If the return meets the policy requirements, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

• We do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage.
• Return requests submitted after the 3 business day window will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will not be issued if the damaged product is not received back by our company.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Flat Rate Shipping: $4 (applies to all U.S. orders).
• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.
• Once processed, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days (depending on location and carrier).

Shipping Methods

• All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail or First-Class Package.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations

• Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Issues or Delays

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at information@blackgirlbible.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local post office if there are issues with delivery.
